Alexándrea believes the body and mind should be treated as a whole and not as collections of its parts. Holistic health addresses the mind, body and spirit. It searches for the underlying cause of symptoms, rather than simply covering them up with medications. Holistic health allows you to BE HEALTH, not just seek it.
